Is responsible for delivering on financial targets in the assigned Key Accounts in line with the strategy of company.
Is responsible for collaborating and supporting Vietnam’s distributor in planning and executing technical seminars/ in-house training/ consultancies/ commercial trial and marketing activities to reach agreed sales targets.
Is responsible for executing the sales/marketing plan and tactics to assure maximum sales and market penetration within guidelines, policies and directives with key customers.
Deliver on the agreed financial targets
Resolve any issues faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Achieve strategic distributor objectives in line with company strategy
Drive, monitor and maximize marketing activities for distributor and its customers. Adjust implementation plans on a regular basis (training demands, business development…)
Have excellent understanding of customer priorities/needs and keep abreast of changes in the local animal health economy
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or Bachelor of Veterinary and Animal Science
More than five year experiences in Technical and sales, preferred in relevant industries with proven track record.
Ability in problem - solving and negotiation
Must be self-motivated, responsible and flexible
Proven ability to work cross-functional
Interpersonal and communication skills
English skill required
