  • Develop and communicate the vision brand that is linked to brand strategic role and business goals 
  • Identify and evaluate consumer needs and market trends and analyze current business activities, through all possible sources of data and recommend business opportunities at strategic and tactical level for current 2-3 year horizon.
  • Ensure development & execution of HCP and consumers communication plans. Work with marketing managers to ensure excellent executions of programs/activities to drive starts for the product franchise.
  • Manage and direct the 3rd party agencies (where fits) to transfer marketing objectives info creative strategies and executions.
  • Manage and deliver sales and product contribution, set target to drive sales and profit goals while managing forecasting and minimizing inventories.
  • Contribute and take a leadership role in the creation of a team based, collaborative environment, promoting candor and receptivity, clarity of purpose and goals, and high commitment to achieve business goal.
  • University graduate major in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Strong marketing skills in FMCG, experience in brand management (more than 3 years) is required.
  • Understanding consumers insight and able to use different to communicate the brand message where appropriate.
  • Familiar with working processes among cross functions in multinational companies.
  • Experience in OTC products of pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Personalities: mature, team player.
  • Strong ownership to the job.
  • Open-mind to learn or adapt to new things.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient English in both writing and speaking
