Marketing plan: Develop promotion plan for products / product line
Coordinate implementation of promotion plans with Sales Supervisors / Managers
Coordinate and liaison with area / International Marketing Manager / Director Global Strategies and all matters relating to the assigned product line and maintain appropriate file on these products.
Periodic reports: verification of marketing data; timely transmission and preparation of statements; analysis of market changes; timely preparation of monthly activity report.
Field visit to ensure that marketing plan is implemented properly and promoted message is communicated. Jointly with Sales Manager organize and participate in Sales Conference; organize, plan, supervise participate in Medical congresses, symposiums, seminars, workshop, eye camps.
Budget control: on going analysis and follow up of marketing budget as per guidelines of Profit Plan.
Regular review of sales results to determinate problem areas and recommended needed corrected actions (monthly / quarterly / actual versus plan result analysis).
Product complains: respond to product complains in a consultation with responsible home office experts.
Training: responsible for coordination of all training program for sales and marketing personnel on new and existing products according to previously established marketing plan.
Carry out special assignments as requested and / or approved by supervisor.
University graduate in Medical/Pharmaceutical University
Excellent command of the English and Vietnamese language.
Preferred is MBA or post graduation degree in Marketing, Economics or Medical related sciences
Minimum 5 â€“ 7 years of experience in an International pharmaceutical company
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management in an International Pharmaceutical company
Proven experience in managing relationship with external partners
Creation of plans and strategies to achieve the product objectives.
Strong presentation skills, including experience having independently presented to the Senior Management level
Act as the internal and external champion of his or her product.
Proactive communication with senior management on the product, its performance and any major issues or changes in the market or competition.
