Manage the operation and performance of the Customer Service Center, including but not limited to managing its sales force, underwriting process, customer service and cross-functional coordination.
Ensure target achievement of the CSC within its budget and seeking growth opportunity in assigned area
Report to : Branch & Network Manager (expat)
Reported by : All staffs of CSC
Managing CSC Sales force â€“ Explore and exploit potential customers in assigned area with given sales force. The sales force should reach the internal benchmark in term of distribution and successful calls as minimum target.
Credit processCustomer service quality â€“ Ensure the best quality of customer service wherever customers are met & serviced from approaching potential customers to dealing customers with delinquency
Expense controlRisk management
University Graduate, marketing qualification or management qualification is preferred
At least 5 years of relevant industry or sales/ distribution with multinational companies
Practical working experience in a business driven culture and customer service oriented atmosphereExperience in managing a team with both field force and office staffs
Financing, banking are advantages
