Lead and Manage the development of L&D strategies for Affiliate/s.
Establish and maintain L&D service processes to:
Set the annual schedule
Develop delivery strategies, training programs matrix and calendar
Market and communicate L&D programs.
Implement and maintain training programs across materials, facilities, facilitators. Select trainer source to provide approved education/training programs: External or Internal.
Maintain training infrastructure, including delivery, registration, and records. Maintain and Update Training database/ records and materials. Maintain and Update learning resources (hard copy and soft copy).
Track and communicate reports and metrics. Review training evaluation of participants and implement recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide Training completion certificates to participants.
Manage vendor contracts and identify savings opportunities across L&D.
Participate in organization development initiatives
Relevant Surveys. Propose action plan and execute it.
Estimate and control budget.
University graduate, MBA is an advantage
8 - 10 year experience in training, especially coaching, leadership training for the middle level
5 year experience as training and development manager
